If there is one thing about the fediverse I strongly dislike, it is having to keep up with the drama, because your connections will just be cut without any notice, when servers defederate. It is a shame the UI doesn’t even list former follows.
And it seems to be hitting my home server again, so I have to think about moving again and backing up my follows before that happens…
I would wish for a tool to tell you, who federates with whom and which connections would be broken (or restored!) when moving between specific servers.
Of course I could also set up my own instance, but I really don’t wanna. 😩
