@Beclfc @drlucyrogers I turned up to meet with a member of the senior executive, representing others with a serious complaint. I was also pregnant. As I walked in he started the meeting with a joke about hoping the baby wasn’t his. I realised immediately what kind of power play that was, and how cleverly deniable. People think universities aren’t shop floors but I’ve worked in both and I tell ya.
