Looks like there's this: https://proton.me/blog/protondrive-security. But that's very much a blog post and not a spec. They've got public audit results, but a skim of the report doesn't give me enough data to say whether the team that did the work was actually up to the job or not. Having public code is nice, but it's concerning to not see public technical docs.
