So for whatever reason half-shot.uk's server network has been struggling to make direct connections to Hetzner. This is needed so we can do the Tailscale magic of redirecting traffic from public server -> private network.
Weirdly, I just spun up a new Hetzner server and ansible'd my config onto it and the issues are resolved so I can only assume they cocked something up.
