I actually mostly use he/him, but that's because my L1 (Hebrew) has grammatical gender and in it the word for shark is masculine. that might also explain other bilinguals (German Hai is also masculine, and if we trust Wiktionary it seems to be true for quite a few other European languages https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/shark#Translations), but is that enough to skew this poll by that much?
especially considering you may still use she/her despite your L1, like my partner does.
