They’ve bought radioactive crap again.
The tritium in the glass tube emits beta which causes the phosphor to glow.
The 11keV peak is not the beta (that is stopped by the glass) but is instead the Bremsstrahlung given off as the beta particles are deflected by protons in the walls.
The Radiacode is not very sensitive at low keV.
