Fin de la COP29 : les pays riches imposent un accord « néocolonialiste »

Au bout de la nuit, un accord sur la finance climatique (300 milliards de dollars par an) a été conclu. La somme, près de cinq fois inférieure à celle dont ont besoin les pays du Sud, a provoqué leur colère.
