I get so tired of organisations changing things and making them worse. Latest is Microsoft changing Teams and combining the Chat and Channels so no-one can find a fucking thing.
Everyone in my work is shouting in frustration until someone shows them how to de-separate. I make sure they send in a complaint when they make the change.
