I just moved over to jellyfin from plex. I highly recommend it. It’s way more streamlined and active than plex, with a seriously good plugin community. No investor based bloat.
The only issue I had was that jellyfin would crash on scanning my very old music library, where plex would not. To fix it, I used musicbrainz picard to correctly add idv3 tags and remove illegal characters from song names. No, its smooth as silk.
