Basically every front-end library/framework except React has adopted signals.
Out of the above Preact is the most versatile, like you can do totally buildless stuff with JSX-like template syntax using htm if you want. Or you can write it like class based classic React while still having access to hooks.
Personally I've been building my React components as mere interface shells to HTML, CSS, and custom elements. Kinda makes React just be there for SSR and DX.
