@thomrey @greuh Ouch, je suis très sceptique sur l'intérêt gustatif. J'ai déjà goûté des barley wines qui titrent à 14 ou 15°, et c'est vraiment spécial, faut aimer leur goût très vineux. Toutes les autrès bières vraiment fortes que j'ai goûté, je les ai trouvées dégueulasses. Alors une bière à 20°.
