Apparently, it was from a time where LEDs weren't being used yet, so there was a small difference of consumption by changing the time. But since now we have LEDs and almost the whole street lightning parc have been changed, the difference is nonexistent.
We were supposed to stop changing time in 2020, but covid happened and we're still stuck with it.
