@dimillian I divide my software-strategy reasoning into Home and Work. The ”work” part is really pragmatic in a lot of ways and the business requirements can be pretty rigid sometimes, so it is what it is.
I have a completely different software strategy at home (read: ”hobby”). I see it as joyful to use specific dev tools and programming languages. Some people may find it tedious to learn new frameworks, tools and operating systems, but as long as I do it for fun, it works out.
