After viewing this incredibly insightful video by @anderspuck, the only question I have is:

• How can we make absolutely sure that #markrutte views it?*

The video explains the imperative nature of #zelenskyy 's victory plan. And why this is not a wishlist where the allies may choose which to fulfill.
