@emptywheel It is hardly a matter for debate that most people do not trust the media. I doubt a single MAGA idiot would say they do, add to that a sizable number of non-MAGA and there you go - the vast majority. In my opinion, media who endorse candidates can no longer consider themselves members of the fourth estate. There is a difference between running copious eds clearly endorsing a candidate and a business saying 'we endorse this candidate'.
