Oh, by the way, my personal opinion is that one madman in charge of a huge nuclear arsenal is more than enough for this poor world we live in. There's no need to have two madmen with their respective insane amounts of nukes, right?
I mean...who in their right mind can think it is a good idea to give that kind of power to a crazy lunatic?
