I want to mod a strap-on/pack-and-play mechanic into Baldur's Gate 3.
Allow me to explain how this would work using my character
as an example.

So anyway, my current character is, in fact, nonbinary transmasc - a drow bard with masc-leaning body and vocal characteristics, they/them pronouns, and a vulva.
This means that, for example, if they fuck Astarion in the woods after the party at the end of Act I, Astarion picks them up to penetrate them, rather than vice versa. This is all well and good and at no point do I mean to imply that twinks can't top, however choices are great.
So, lets say our vulva-possessing Tav puts the strap into their underwear slot. This would then trigger all sex scenes to default to showing them as having a dick and using the penis-owner variants where available.
(I have actually just started reading the mod docs, and the simplest version of this should just involve turning the penis flag on and of... if no one's done this, then I definitely should. Going to need strap-on harness graphic, at least for the inventory. I'm not so confident about modding clothing onto the model so we could just assume that the strap provides a magically authentic looking penis.)
Not overthinking this idle notion at all.
