@kendraserra It isn't even clear regarding what marks are being licensed, how they can be used, or what sort of approval from Automattic is needed. And, like, what is included in the "brand guidelines"?
Also, aren't the WordPress trademarks owned by the WordPress Foundation? If this is a sublicense from Automattic, you'd think they'd mention that.
