1. Make sure you’re not in low power mode as that seems to put them on hold.

2. Swipe the app into the background for a second then bring it back to foreground as from my testing backgrounding an app seems to trigger sync.

3. Turn on logging to get more visibility:

-com.apple.CoreData.CloudKitDebug 1 (or higher)

-com.apple.CoreData.Logging.stderr 1 (or higher)

4. See if quitting the app on the receiving end and relaunching it results in updates there.
