We use Chewy and have never experienced an issue with their CSR. Bought a cat playground "cage" that came mis-drilled for one of the wheels. Chewy does not keep spare parts so sent a complete unit as replacement at no charge and no return required! When we were fostering, some kittens did not like the food. Chewy took back with no questions. Great outfit!
