@swiftyshq 1. Everything in the visible world being said “good night” to, one at a time. What is at the end of the line? What happens after? A sense of looming and inescapable finality, just out of reach. Dreadful

2. We had a grandfather clock with a decorated disc behind a cutout that slowly rotated. It had a big, pink-fleshy “🌝"-style moon face, looking straight at you and smiling blandly, revealed agonizingly slowly as the hours passed. I hated it. My parents had to cover it with paper.
