Hi! If you didn't already know this: after a covid infection, radical resting, both physical and mental, as much as you can manage, for several weeks, has a protective effect against the development of post-acute sequelae (aka long covid), such as fatigue, brain fog, post-exertional malaise, and many other factors, which can cause lifelong disability. There is no known cure for long covid. You are also at significantly elevated risk of heart attack or stroke for about a year afterwards. So please don't rush to get back to physical exertion after a covid infection!
