I mean, in retrospect QAnon was as much about mainstreaming misinformation and dense ten dimensional chess explanations as it was anything else. So the pump is primed in that way too. Whatever the explanation their ppl want to launder for this, they're ready to shibbolethisize it. That's probably a word.
