I recently learned about Ponies' RPG - series of threads on everypony board, where anons played for same character.

Turns, if not stated otherwise, are accepted as two rolls of 1d100, where first roll determines probability of action being accepted, while second - its success.

EDIT: only second half was played on everypony board, first half was played on 2ch.
