the #rustForLinux back-and-forth is not the first time #linux #kernel maintainers have looked down on technologies outside of their comfort space and being apologists of the shortcomings of their languages and tools

there's this systematic rejection of #cpp and they have not been welcoming to #dlang¹

sometimes, they do get things right, like #git and updating their guidelines for inclusive terminology

¹: hope someone can prove me wrong on this one… whatever happened after that one module written in D?
