It seems that the prerequisite is to:

• either do pair/ensemble programming all the time, so that the code has been viewed by >=2 people already;

• or/ideally and have great tests (unit and integration) in the pipeline, to catch issues, if they should arise

Welp, pairing is hardly ever happening and our tests are far from reliable at the moment. But this is a good direction to work into. Slowly. :winkekatze:
