Vielleicht hilft Dir punkt 1 auf https://fluxcoil.net/wiki/software/sway#video_chat_screen_sharing zum sharen unter Wayland.

EDIT: ist was Norbert auch vermutet, das Dir xdg-desktop-portal* fehlt.
