I think I'm watching this in English for the very first time.

I never liked the German name for Strider, but I like the translation for ranger, if I remember it correctly. The translation for elves is also quite nice I think.

Also funny: I always wondered why I do not like the affirming "I see you." insert Sauron's eye and screeching 'I see you'

(I came to appreciate it eventually.)
