In itself its just yet another stupid monetization idea, however the nonchalant approach to licensing is infuriating.
They have no idea what they are talking about, forking a project does not let you change the license and copyright of anything.
This is also completely orthogonal to the opensource philosopy. This kind of mentality needs to go and they should be ashamed of themselves.
