However much I love FLOSS for music playing ....

I keep coming back to Foobar2000 (freeware, unique panel configuration features, no nagware).

Latest reason:

• Tried Strawberry but on Windows it asks €5 a month to get newer versions. Want to support sure, but €60 a year?

• Tried VLC for playing an mp3 medialibrary: no dark mode and no refresh for deleted or added albums.
