JD Vance definitely cross-dressing. I wouldn't call it drag to be honest, there isn't any artistic flair to this at all, nothing that would add to the illusion, it's just sad.
Also there's nothing wrong with dressing up and expressing yourself however you wish, but everything wrong with being a hypocrite.
