Back when I got into music with LMMS (lmms.io) I quickly realized professional artists can recreate eachothers songs, from scratch, in like a few hours. That’s why (in my opinion) “open music” never became a thing.
I would love to be wrong though. I too spent a while looking for this, and would be excited to find out if something exists
