@openess yeah, it is really close! the momiji is a tiny bit more reddish and less shiny. but it seems like star ruby also gets a bit more reddish as it dries.
they are not the same ink but super super close 🥰 so yeah, you had a great instinct!!!
now I'm going for holidays but after that I'm looking forward to filling my fountain pen with them 😊
