My reasons for looking at python web frameworks is that

1. javascript isn't that nice for my brain

2. i don't like the huge amounts of build/node/npm/package/pre-compile/etc stuff

3. I've been using python on and off for years and it would be nice to have a front-end framework that I could just 'go to' when needed
