"How quiet is it?"

… a "one minute" management tip from "Canopy" (formally "Know Your Team")

But my reaction is …

• Extroverts keep asking, "What is wrong with you that you cannot speak up?"

• But introverts would like to ask, "What is wrong with you that you are unable to shut up, and allow or enable others to speak?"

Often, other team members have useful suggestions and ideas, but a few people "dominate the discussion" — by literally competing for control of time to speak. (us Americans 🙄)
