Keine Plastikkarte mehr, sehr gut! Ich empfand es als störend, jedes Jahr eine neue Karte zugesandt zu bekommen.

Und für die 3 Leute ohne Smartphone aber mit BahnCard gibt es die Möglichkeit sich selbst was auszudrucken.
