I've tested Ryujinx on my Steam Deck, but unfortunately, it can't run Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in 720p docked mode at 60fps like Yuzu can.

Fingers crossed for future improvements!

Until then, I'm sticking with the latest AppImage of Yuzu EA.
