Wegen dem Erdbeben mit Tsunamigefahr mal ein Blick nach Japan.

@UN_NERV informiert mit einer Handy-App und auf einer eigenen Mastodon-Instanz die Bevölkerung quasi minütlich über die aktuell Lage. Neben dem Hauptaccount, der alle Meldungen verbreitet, gibt es auch thematische (wie @earthquake) und regionale Accounts (wie @Tokyo).

Bei Twitter hatten sie das Rate Limit erreicht und wurden blockiert:
