Second proofs for the third edition checked -- just a tiny number of things to fix. Front cover received. This edition has a new font; more examples, and more diverse examples; the errors in the phonetic symbols of the second edition have been fixed; the chapter on voicing has been substantially rewritten with help from John Esling. This project is coming to its end, and I'm feeling very happy with it.
