@Steve12L non, c'est plutôt que l'upgrade de postgresql 9.6 à 11 s'est passé ... lourdement (150Go à recopier) et a mis du temps à redescendre en consommation CPU ...

(aussi, il a fallu recompiler les gem ruby, car incompatibles avec certaines lib de buster... bref... long)
