🔴 Le référé-liberté contre les décrets autorisant le fichage des français sur leurs opinions politiques, philosophiques et religieuses déposé par Jean-Frédéric Poisson a été jugé recevable. Une audience aura lieu mardi 22 décembre à 15h devant le Conseil d’Etat . #fichage
