- Had an impromptu chat with an old coworker about his anxiety and his autistic daughter. We bonded.
- I've worked out 4 days in a row. I like feeling my muscles get stronger.
- I watched my friend's latest Youtube video. She's softly spoken (naturally) and spent 30mins doing a show and tell of various stim and comfort toys she has. It's so low-key and relaxing. Plus it shows me cool things I want to play with.
