I imagine the first "blue" state that doesn't get a distribution it is entitled to will have standing. The real question for me is will the judiciary roll over and play dead or will it hold criminals accountable. Seems like a toss up to me sadly.

@Jimijamflimflam @rberger We already saw that the SCOTUS is fine with giving the President unlimited power. So I fear that we're on our way to a full-blown coup and fascist state in the making.
