I think you should run the poll again Nick, I would of rated Alpine if It had been in the poll when I voted. I run Alpine Linux edge as a desktop without issue. The package manager is blazingly fast. Also the install scripts are brilliant at getting certain things like a desktop setup .

For me Bazzite is just Atomic Fedora (so Kinoite) with NVIDIA drivers preinstalled, so it's basically all I want.

Wait … Fedora comes with an option to install NVIDIA drivers during install? When did that happen? Still, I don't think I'm ever use a non-immutable distro ever again. Not being able to have an unbootable system is just too good ^ _ ^

👍 Love these kind of things, involving the community, good stuff. Also nice if you get inspiration for new videos out of it. How about best apps next (like Linux Unplugged's „Tuxies“ (RIP?))?

@thelinuxexperiment In the ods file I see 36 distributions, but in the video it says 34. PopOS and Garuda disappeared in between. Is there a particular reason for this?
