Btw this is where the Belgian lady drove into Utrecht CS bicycle parking garage with her car last week. I am standing on the first floor of the parking garage when I took this photo. It’s quiet because it was a Sunday morning.
As you can see it’s pretty wide for a bicycle path, it’s more of a bicycle road really.
To my Dutch brain, it’s clearly recognizable as a bicycle only road. There’s also a sign for bicycles only.

For a foreigner, these things might not be obvious. To the many people who said “place bollards” as solution: no lol. That is more dangerous than occasionally having a carbrain take the wrong road. Why? Because of the volume of cyclists normally taking this route.
