For a foreigner, these things might not be obvious. To the many people who said “place bollards” as solution: no lol. That is more dangerous than occasionally having a carbrain take the wrong road. Why? Because of the volume of cyclists normally taking this route.

Btw this is where the Belgian lady drove into Utrecht CS bicycle parking garage with her car last week. I am standing on the first floor of the parking garage when I took this photo. It’s quiet because it was a Sunday morning.

As you can see it’s pretty wide for a bicycle path, it’s more of a bicycle road really.

To my Dutch brain, it’s clearly recognizable as a bicycle only road. There’s also a sign for bicycles only.

I feel like I'm slowly losing my mind. So many people are enthusiastic about integrating "AI" in their work, and all I can see is that they're walking right into a trap, laid down by big tech.

Of course big tech wants us dependent on those tools. Of course big tech wants us to skip critical thinking.

Office jobs are literally about using your brain, that's actually the fun part! But sure, let's "automate" that away, badly.
