There is something about refusing to tell the truth being way more impactful than people not knowing the truth, especially if you have asserted yourself a truth teller of sorts. Not lying but refusing to admit or speak to actual condition.

I do not think a lot of problems are

1. People are automotons

2. Who will act on truth

And i know this by outsides that tells the truth in a way that is so alarming and seemingly inactionable, and insiders who dont even get into the orbit of a hard truth

People relying on authorities they trust to tell the truth is a problem, but not entirely their problem, but a mutual one if you style yourself a superior truth teller who aint broaching subjects that will cause alarm
