Trying to open a #Quicktime video I just recorded using #Apple Quicktime for Apple #macOS on this very Apple #MacBook.

macOS: This app [sic!] cannot be opened because it's from an unidentified developer. 🤡

Das Sicherheitstheater treibt seit einiger Zeit immer buntere Blüten, ja … und „Softwarequalität“ war früher mal ein Wort, dessen Betonung nicht auf „qual“ lag.

Schau mal, ob bei Deinem 3.mov das Quarantäne-Flag gesetzt ist oder so.

I sometimes feel like QuickTime Player has been abandoned. It’s old. It’s been around since before the operating system! And it’s now largely redundant with bigger apps like iMovie. sigh

You have VLC, I assume?
