If you want to start your own mutual aid group and don't know how, why not start them around something you enjoy doing?

Like a local D&D and Mutual Aid group?

Or local Garage Band and mutual aid?

Bookclub and mutual aid?

It's a fun way to get to meet people and build community at the same time.

AND of course, groups like Shriners or Soroptimists are still an option too, if you don't want to start a mutual aid group yourself.

@samhainnight good idea. My spoons vary, so maybe finding an already existing group will be the way to go.
