My philosophy is that an instructor should teach the tools a soldier needs to cope in life and be effective in his unit. Every soldier in the training group should have the same knowledge to become a group leader and be able to take over if the existing group leader is put out of action. On the training field we practice different tactics but ultimately it is the group leader who decides which of them to use in the situation that the reality is at that time in the area you are fighting.
